Casa Oliva is characterized by being a very quiet and comfortable beach house located in a
closed sector just 20 minutes by car from the center of Puerto Escondido. The calm of the
place and its privacy in combination with a natural beach environment are its main
characteristics. Just cross the street to get to the beach. Most of the time it is empty, as it is
mainly local residents and visitors who frequent it. The sunsets on this beach are one of the
most spectacular.

Once you have passed a path surrounded by cultivated fields and a small lagoon with
tropical vegetation, you will find the entrance to the Costa Cumaná sector.

The first thing you will see inside Casa Oliva is its spacious living room, as well as a full
bathroom on the left. The rooms are located on the sides: the main one has a King size bed
and a private bathroom; the second room has a Queen size bed and a sofa suitable for a
child. The capacity of the house is for six people comfortably installed. The sound of the
waves provides the tranquility for a relaxing and deep sleep.

On the upper floor is the palapa, which includes a full kitchen, a full bathroom, a living room
and a dining area, along with an infinity pool. At the same time you can enjoy the view of
the sea and the mountains from any point of the house. The house is surrounded by trees,
shrubs and plants from the area. As well as endemic flora and fauna that can be
appreciated through photography.

Casa Oliva is part of a closed sector developed with a special interest in the conservation of
the natural environment and harmony between the residents and the sea, the lagoon, the
local flora and fauna.
